To celebrate our 12th anniversary, Psychiatric Service Dog Partners is hosting a raffle! All of the raffle items were donated to PSDP, and funds raised will go toward our scholarship fund to help community members attend our annual convention.
• Raffle tickets are $5 each, or 5 tickets for $20.
• The drawings will begin July 18, 2024 (our 12th anniversary).
• Raffle items will be given out first draw, first pick. That means the first person drawn in the raffle will get their first pick of the items available (check your email/phone—you will have no more than 24 hours to claim). Then the next person drawn will pick from the items left, and so on.
• Items can only be shipped at no cost within the United States. Shipping elsewhere is not guaranteed and must be paid by the winner and agreed to by the seller.

The Chilly Dog Vest is available as an adjustable, one-size-fits-all garment. Puppies and small dogs under 35 lbs may not be suitable for the added weight of a cooling vest. Extenders are available for larger dogs that go beyond the standard size.

Details and conditions
In addition to the previous terms set forth above, the following details and conditions apply. By purchasing a ticket for the raffle from Psychiatric Service Dog Partners (“PSDP), you agree to the foregoing and following.
A raffle ticket purchase is not a donation and is not tax-deductible. While this is a fundraiser for a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the fair market value of your raffle ticket purchase is the same as the value of your chance of winning. The chance of winning per ticket depends on the number of tickets purchased.
A purchase is for a chance of winning a “pick” of the items remaining at the time, after any picks that have come before, but is not a guarantee of winning any pick.
There are no refunds, except in the case that (1) the raffle is canceled in its entirety or (2) a clearly and validly picked item is not shipped within four weeks of its being picked, which may be on a date after July 18, 2024. If (1) the raffle is canceled, purchasers will be entitled to either a full refund of all tickets purchase (minus any transaction fees) or may choose to have their purchase become a donation. If (2) a clearly and validly picked item is not shipped within four weeks of its being picked, the purchaser is entitled to a refund of the price they paid for a single ticket.
PSDP will assign each purchased ticket a ticket number and will use a random number generator to pick winners.
PSDP anticipates contacting winners up to one month after drawings begin on July 18, 2024, but may move much more quickly. Winners will have up to 24 hours to pick a remaining item after an agent of PSDP contacts the email address or phone number associated with the purchasing PayPal account or transaction. If PSDP does not receive a clear and valid picking response from the purchaser within that 24 hours, the win will be void and PSDP will move on to the next winner.
Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that either their current contact information (email address or phone number) is associated with the transaction through PayPal, or that they include their contact information in a note attached to the transaction, or that they contact PSDP through our contact form on the day of the transaction to give PSDP their contact information.
Tickets may be purchased up to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 17, 2024. Any tickets purchased after this time may not be entered into the drawing.
PSDP reserves the sole and exclusive right to mitigate any attempt to subvert or overwhelm the process in this raffle, in any manner PSDP deems appropriate.
PSDP reserves the right to use winners’ first name and last initial publicly in connection with PSDP raffles or promotions.
Donors ship the items at their own expense and have agreed to ship picked items within two weeks of being sent the winner’s contact information. PSDP is not responsible for the shipping or the timing of the shipping (subject to the refund policy above).
The exceptions in this paragraph apply to any winner requesting shipment outside the United States. The winner must pay for the shipping cost, and the donor for the picked item must agree to the arrangement. If the donor for the initial picked item does not agree, the winner may choose from remaining items (if any remain), with the process iterating until the donor agrees or there is no remaining item or no item the winner wishes to choose. This means that a winner is not guaranteed to receive any item if the winner requests shipping outside the United States.
In many cases, donors have provided pictures and/or descriptions of their donated item(s). PSDP is operating in good faith and PSDP is not responsible for the accuracy of the pictures or descriptions.
